Childbirth Classes
Whether you’re at the start of your pregnancy or nearing delivery, our antenatal education classes are designed to help you learn more about your pēpē and what to expect on your journey.
What to Expect from Our Classes
Class Structure: Classes cover the process of birth, self-help options, medical interventions and support, and the first few weeks of caring for your baby.
Teaching Methods: Each class incorporates PowerPoint presentations, interactive group activities, and hands-on demonstrations.
Cost: All classes are free, funded by Tū Ora Compass Health.
Additional Support: For any special needs, please inform us in advance so we can strive to accommodate your requirements and ensure you fully benefit from the class.
